United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Iraq.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United Arab Emirates: 1–2 business days. Some remote areas are delivered on set days of the week and may take a few extra days.
- Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Oman: 3–5 business days
- Iraq: the estimated delivery time is shown at checkout
Delivery times are estimates and start once your order is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Busy sale periods, customs or courier delays may add a little extra time.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees depend on your delivery country and the number of items in your order. The exact fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
Duties & Taxes
For all the countries we deliver to, any import duties and taxes are already covered in our prices and shipping fees. There is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Payment
UAE and GCC orders are paid by card at checkout. In Iraq, you can pay by card or cash on delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by email or using the contact details provided with your order.
Delivery Details
Please make sure your name, address and phone number are correct. The courier may call you to arrange delivery. If you notice a mistake after ordering, email us as soon as possible at support@gloandlow.com.
