Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Beauty & Cosmetic Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or unsealed beauty and cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds
